Austin Hoeg joined Paloma Communities in 2021 and is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. At Paloma, Austin oversees all financial aspects and day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to joining Paloma Communities in 2021, Austin worked at Lyon Living for four years, where he served as the Director of Finance. While at Lyon, Austin oversaw the company’s largest joint venture portfolio, totaling over $2 billion in assets under management. Austin received his BA in Economics and Political Science at Bucknell University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
