Gene Hua joined Paloma Communities in 2025 as Director of Finance. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate finance and asset management, including leadership roles at one of Southern California’s largest developers and two of the nation’s top multifamily investors. Gene has overseen portfolios exceeding $3 billion, led cross-functional teams, and managed underwriting, refinancings, and strategic repositionings. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Irvine and studied global business in Japan.
