Prior to joining Paloma Communities in 2023, Santina gained 19 years of extensive experience in property management and hospitality. She honed her skills at The Irvine Company, the largest property owner/manager in Orange County, and served as the General Manager of a luxury boutique hotel in Laguna Beach.
